Dear Irena, I would like report to you on the quality of the work carried out recently by your team on the roof and gables of my house. These areas were in a shocking state and I was not in a position to deal with them myself. Firstly, they repaired a broken tile which could have caused a serious leak had it not been fixed, but most importantly they cleaned the entire roof which not only improved its visibility but enhanced the look of the entire property. In particular your team had to work through torrential rain from mid-morning until completion of the work, during the late afternoon to get the job done. I didn’t hear one word of complaint. Irina and her team did a top quality, professional job cleaning our windows and, more importantly, our metal exterior Venetian blinds. Despite the tediousness of the latter task — washing and drying each slat of our blinds which were absolutely coated in builder’s sand — at no point did the team slack off their extremely detailed work.
